Summary[]
After the first contestant of the four-person selection event receives a stern reception, the audience and other contestants begin to realize how high the stakes truly are. Kaichi is second to take the stage, and his style, while not meshing with the judges, has a particularly familiar element to it that can be attributed to only one master in the Arakawa School. Soon to follow is Hikaru, who vows to use all her training and every new skill she’s acquired since their first encounter to get her revenge on Akane! Once all of her rivals have performed, it’s Akane’s turn to take the stage and perform the story that was passed down from her father to one of her fellow apprentices and now to her, “Changing Time.”
Following the results of the first selection round, where Zenmai became the first contestant, the venue begins to realize the stringent judging criteria. Kaichi takes the stage, worrying about his compatibility with the judges. What is the belief he holds onto? Meanwhile, Hikaru challenges her revenge against Akane using all the weapons at her disposal! As the high seats of rivals conclude, it's time for Akane's turn, and through the 'exchange of glances,' she faces something unexpected.

I suppose it's a little late for me to admit that I find it very hard to draw kimono. I still can't find a good formula for depicting the folds in armpit when the arms are tucked in. I'm wondering if I should buy one for myself as reference, but I don't think I coould actually put it on on my own.
