Takamasa Moue (
Currently is the artist of Akane-Banashi series.
Biography[]
During elementary school, Moue would become a fan of One Piece continuing up to the present day, in which he cites this series as a great inspiration for him, One Piece being the series that would inspire him to become a mangaka. Moue would become Eiichiro Oda's assistant.[1]
At the age of 21, Moue would present his one-shot "Yusha Egmont" at the 64th edition of the Jump Treasure Newcomer Manga Award, receiving an honorable mention.
His first work would be the one-shot "Cyborg Children" published in Shonen Jump NEXT No. 36 (2013). His next work called "Galaxy Gangs" was published in Shonen Jump NEXT Vol. 2 (2015), later in Weekly Shonen Jump No. 36 (2015), he would publish an improved version of the one-shot.
In Weekly Shonen Jump No. 52 (2016), Moue would publish his first serialization called "Ole Golazo", which would be published until WSJ No. 13 (2017), recopiled in two volumes.
In 2018, Moue published a short three-chapter series called "K・K in the City of Fog" starting in Jump GIGA WINTER vol. 1 and ending in the vol. 3.
In 2021, Moue would publish two one-shots in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, the first one-shot called "Tatarashido" with Yuki Suenaga would be published in issue 27, in which Moue would participate as the artist, the second one-shot called "Promob" was published in issue 41.
In 2022, Moue would launch his second serialization called "Akane-Banashi" alongside Yuki Suenaga, where for the second time Moue would participate as the artist and being his first serialization where he only occupies this role.
